 According to what Encomium magazine reported, the eight year marriage of Nollywood actor and producer, Ruke Amata to Gilda has collapsed, thanks to the Governor of one of the South-South states of Nigeria. The wedlock, which has three children as fruits, was ruined after Blackberry messages between Gilda and the Governor, Gilda and an executive blue chip company (Kachi Onubogu) and a gubernatorial candidate in the South West was stumbled upon.

The whistle blower reportedly forwarded the BB messages to Ruke Amata, who admitted being a recipient, and several others via e-mail, including a married Nollywood actress (Omoni Oboli) who was implicated as allegedly warming the bed of the South-South governor and a jeweller.

Gilda met the serving Governor through actress, Omoni Oboli and the rest is history’.

In the chats, Gilda confessed to a lot of shocking things including running down her husband of eight years. There is also a portion on the chat where she chatted with the Governor. The Governor who runs a South-South state is a hopeless lover boy who referred to Gilda as MMP (missing my princess). Gilda is also said to have a 17year-old son she didn’t declare when she met and married Ruke and he has just found out.

The person who downloaded Gilda’s messages sent the chats copying Ruke Amata, two governors, actress Omoni Oboli, a politician and some others involved. The e-mail has been circulated and there is fire on the mountain. Gilda who shuttles Nigeria and the United Kingdom is currently in Nigeria as you read this. May His will be done! We tried for about 48 hours before going to press to get Gilda’s side of the story, but her phone was switched off.

We called Ruke Amata’s London number on Sunday, November 4, 2012 and the conversation went thus, "Hello Ruke, this is Stella. Long time, no talk. We received an email copying you and some other people concerning your wife. Do you have anything to say?

His response was "I received the email but I have no comment please…". Only God can intervene in this matter. May His will be done.

OMONI OBOLI "My hands are clean"

We contacted Omoni Oboli who was on a retreat in Israel on Monday, November 5, 2012 and the actress confirmed getting an email where she was copied alongside some prominent names but denied dating a jeweller (names withheld) or having a relationship with the Governor.

In her own words, "He is just my friend and I have nothing at all with him, I swear. I am not dating the Governor. I don’t know why this is happening" The line cut and we couldn’t get the actress again to ask more questions.


 



KACHI ONUBOGU "I never chatted with her about sex".

We spoke with Mr Kachi Onubogu, Marketing Director, Promasidor, one of the people copied in the e-mail and whose chat with Gilda was sexually explicit. Mr Kachi admitted receiving the mail but denied being the one who chatted. His own words, "I got the e-mail but deleted if after just reading a bit of it and I immediately called Gilda and asked her what was going on and she said someone was trying to set her up and that everyone the mail was copied to are people that can help her. I don’t want to get involved in this. I have been a family friend to them for long and have helped them in every way I could when things were rough for them, I never have and never will try anything like was indicated in the email.

We asked him one more question, "Ruke Amata was also copied in the e-mail, have your tried to reach him? And his response was "I don’t have Ruke’s number, so how do I reach him? He hasn’t written me" We thanked him and ended the conversation.

It was a busy weekend for hip-hop stars Rihanna and Chris Brown: First, Rihanna tweeted a shirtless photo of what appears to be ex-boyfriend Chris Brown, followed by her own topless photo. Then Brown launched into a vulgar attack on comedy writer Jenny Johnson before deactivating his Twitter account altogether.

It all started Saturday with Rihanna’s posting a photo of what looks to be a half-naked Chris Brown lying face-down, his highly recognizable tattoos visible, on a bed covered with “The Simpsons” memorabilia and a handbag. The “Diamonds” singer posted the photo on Twitter, along with the hashtag “BartObsessed.”






 Hours earlier, Brown had posted a photo of himself wearing a Bart Simpson jacket.
The following day, Rihanna posted her own topless photo, along with the hashtag, “LondonNightLife.” Wearing tiny black spandex shorts, the singer posed with her bare back facing the camera while shooting a “come hither” look over her shoulder.





Although Brown and Rihanna have yet to confirm that they are back on, their latest antics continue to fuel the rumors. Rihanna was photographed Thanksgiving night getting into a car with Brown in Berlin, after attending his concert in the German capital, followed by a nightclub after-party.

Not everyone is pleased with the possibility of their getting back together. Brown got into a Twitter feud Sunday with popular comedy writer Jenny Johnson, who tweets under her handle @JennyJohnsonHi5.

Halle's ex-boyfriend, barred from approaching the actress' fiance after apparently losing a fistfight with him, reportedly claims he is the one in need of a restraining order because her fiance threatened to kill him the day before.

Gabriel Aubry, 37, the father of Berry's 4-year-old daughter Nahla, made the claim in court papers that led to a new restraining order against actor Olivier Martinez, 46, the Associated Press reported.
The restraining order, obtained by ABC News, forbids Martinez from going within 100 yards of Aubry, his home, his workplace or his daughter's school until a court hearing on Dec. 17.

Aubry claimed Martinez threatened Aubry at Nahla's school the day before their Thanksgiving day brawl, the AP reported. The two men came to blows outside Berry's home after Aubry dropped off Nahla. Aubry was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A. with fractured ribs and bruising to his face and later charged with misdemeanor battery, with bail set at $20,000, Los Angeles Police Sgt. Mike Odle told ABC News Radio.

Despite the police charge and restraining order against him, Aubry claims Martinez was the aggressor, and said, "You cost us $3 million," while he punched and kicked Aubry in the driveway of Berry's home, the AP reported.

The AP was not immediately able to reach Martinez's representative for reaction to the court papers.
It was unclear what $3 million Martinez might have referred to, but the fight happened weeks after a court denied Berry's request to move to France with Martinez and Nahla -- a court victory for Aubry, a model who has joint custody of Nahla.

Though Berry's love life was looking brighter earlier this year with news of her engagement, her romantic life once again is engulfed in drama. "Halle hasn't had a perfect string of relationships. She's dealt with domestic issues in the past," Joey Bartolomeo, a senior writer for People magazine, told ABCNews.com. "It's just sad to see this whole situation turn violent. Everyone is just hoping they can come to terms with this and get along because, obviously, there's a child involved in this."

Berry's men displayed their wounds this weekend. Martinez, held up his swollen right hand while running errands in Los Angeles Saturday. But Aubry appeared to have taken the brunt of the battle after being spotted around Los Angeles with a bruised and swollen left eye."When you see the pictures, it was clear this was not just a small altercation," Bartolomeo said. People magazine's Bartolomeo said Martinez's father was a professional boxer and the actor also fought competitively.

After the brawl, a judge issued an emergency protective order to keep Aubry at least 100 yards away from Berry, Martinez and Nahla until Dec. 3, KABC-TV reported. Though she lost her bid to move to France, Berry is likely to return to court in light of the fight, Bartolomeo said. Berry's rep declined to comment to ABCNews.

As President Obama prepares for his second term, preparations have begun for the traditional shuffling of the Cabinet. Top priority for the president: filling slots for those top officials heading, if not running for the door: Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Secretary of the Treasury Tim Geithner.

To replace Clinton, Democratic insiders suggest that U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Dr. Susan Rice is the frontrunner, with Sen. John Kerry, D-Mass., also a viable candidate. Rice has been harshly criticized by Republicans for the erroneous comments she made on Sunday news talk shows after the attack on the U.S. compound in Benghazi, Libya, comments that were based on intelligence reports that falsely blamed the attack on a protest against an anti-Muslim video. When the president, during his recent press conference, offered a vociferous defense of Rice, many of those close to him began to suspect he was tipping his hand as to what he might decide.

To replace Geithner at Treasury, White House chief of staff Jack Lew is thought to have the inside track if he wants it, with other possibilities including Neal Wolin, the current deputy secretary of the Treasury and Lael Brainard, current under secretary of the Treasury for international affairs.

Other informed sources suggest that there is consideration being given to a business/CEO type such as investor Roger Altman, former Time/Warner chair Richard Parsons, and Facebook’s Sheryl Sandberg.
Those are the two most pressing jobs to fill, with Clinton exhausted from a long stretch in government eight years as first lady, eight as senator, and four as secretary of state — and the president having personally promised Geithner’s wife that he could leave as soon as possible after the election.

Any of the business/CEO types being discussed for treasury secretary could also serve as secretary of commerce, a position that for the Obama administration has proved as troublesome as the role of drummer in Spinal Tap. Jeff Zients, the acting director of the Office of Management & Budget, is said to be under consideration.

It’s too flip to refer to it as a consolation prize, but informed sources say that — with Defense Secretary Leon Panetta also planning on leaving Kerry could be offered the position secretary of defense if he wants it, though the Massachusetts senator has suggested he only wants State. Another option, Michelle Flournoy, a former under secretary of defense for Policy, would be the first female to serve in that position. There was some discussion of National Security Adviser Tom Donilon moving across the river, but it seems clear, sources say, that he’s staying where he is.

If Lew leaves to take the position at Treasury, some possible replacements for him as chief of staff include deputy National Security Adviser Denis McDonough or Vice President Biden’s former chief of staff Ron Klain. Tom Nides, deputy secretary of state for management and resources, has also been discussed.

President Obama’s senior adviser David Plouffe has also long discussed leaving the White House. There are many options to fill his shoes, including the elevation of communications director Dan Pfeiffer. Also possible: bringing back former press secretary Robert Gibbs, or former deputy chief of staff/campaign manager Jim Messina. Another option might be to bring in some of the people who were part of the messaging shop in the campaign — David Simus, who served as director of opinion research for the campaign, or Larry Grisolano, who did ads for campaign.

Daughter of Houston Rockets McHale Dies of Lupus Complications.

Complications of the autoimmune disease lupus took the life of Alexandra “Sasha” McHale on Nov. 24. She was the daughter of Houston Rockets coach Kevin McHale. Only 23, she had been hospitalized for two weeks before her death, according to the team. McHale, 54,  had been on a leave of absence with his family while her health declined.

Alexandra McHale was a student at the University of Minnesota Duluth and had been diagnosed with systemic lupus erythematosus last year. “Unfortunately, awareness of this disease is rather low and an event like this suddenly comes up and people think, ‘Oh, my god,  a 20-year-old is not supposed to by dying,’” said Dr. Cynthia Aranow , co-director of clinical research at the Feinstein Institute of Medical Research in New York.

“Unfortunately, despite tremendous advances in research, it is still a life-threatening disease,” she said.
Rockets owner Leslie Alexander released a statement expressing the team’s grief over McHale’s daughter’s death. “Kevin and Lynn are loving and dedicated parents who will need our continued support throughout this very difficult time,” she wrote. “Our entire organization is mourning the McHale family’s loss and we ask that you keep them in your thoughts and prayers.

Alexander did not indicate what the medical complications were in the death. Lupus is a chronic disease that can damage any part of the body, including the skin, joints and other organs. In lupus, something goes wrong in the immune system,  which creates autoantibodies that attack and destroy healthy tissues and causes inflammation and pain
.
According to the Lupus Foundation of America, at least 1.5 million Americans have lupus, mostly young women. More than 16,000 new cases are reported annually. The disease can range from mild to life-threatening, but with good medical care, most people can lead a full life.Women are affected disproportionately — a ratio of 9 to 1 men, according to Aranow. And for women of color, they are affected at three times the rate of Caucasian women.

“The immune system is designed to protect the body from foreign bugs, but loses it ability to tell the difference between the cell and what is foreign and it mounts an attack against the cells,”  said Aranow.
In some cases, the disease is mild, with rashes, fatigue and some arthritis. In other cases it can severely affect the body’s major organs.

Complications can include metabolic syndrome, which is characterized by increased waist circumference and elevations in cholesterol, fats in the blood, blood pressure and fasting sugar blood levels. The condition puts a patient at risk for cardiovascular disease, according to the Lupus Foundation.

Another common complication is inflammation of the kidney or lupus nephritis. About half of all people with the disease will develop this within a decade of diagnosis. According to Dr. H. Michael Belmont, director of the Lupus Clinic Bellevue Hospital, NYU Center for Musculoskeletal Care, death most often occurs in the first 10 years of the disease — about 10 percent of all diagnoses.

“Sadly and unfortunately, it is young patients who can die of the disease, as it affects chiefly women of childbearing age,” he said. If lupus affects the lungs, there can be “overwhelming” respiratory failure, even with use of medicines intended to reverse inflammation, said Belmont. Kidney inflammation can progress to kidney failure and require dialysis, though it is usually not fatal. Rarely, lupus can also cause inflammation in the heart or brain.

And because the disease is treated with high doses of steroids, anti-inflammatory and chemotherapy drugs, the immune system can be compromised, lowering the patient’s ability to fight fungal and bacterial infections.
“The fury of the disease is so intense that despite appropriate management, the patient succumbs,” he said.
Still, death is rare, said Belmont. “The fact is, earlier on, the data was unclear and everyone thought lupus was a death sentence,” he said. “Ninety percent, in fact, go on to do reasonably well.”

   Surveillance Video Catches Murder Suspect Allegedly Stealing Plane

One of the FBI's 10 Most Wanted fugitives may have avoided detection for the last eight years by blending into the Mormon community, an FBI spokesperson said. Jason Derek Brown, 43, who is on the FBI's most wanted list, is accused of shooting Robert Keith Palomares, an armored truck driver, on Nov. 29, 2004 outside a Phoenix movie theater.

Brown allegedly stole $56,000 and made his getaway on a bicycle before switching to his BMW, which was parked nearby. Brown's surfer boy looks, master's degree in international business and hobbies, which include skiing and visiting nightclubs, are all characteristics the FBI believes may help the fugitive blend in, said Special Agent Manuel Johnson.

However, his familiarity with the Mormon church could be a biggest asset. Brown, who once lived in Salt Lake City, served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in France and is a French speaker. The FBI believes that Brown, using an alias, may be hiding among Mormons.

"It's a possibility because of Jason's familiarity with the Mormon church," Johnson told Abcnews "Prior to the shooting he was involved in different types of fraud, so he's not who he claims to be and we could see him taking advantage of people."

The last confirmed sighting of Brown was in Salt Lake City in August 2008 when a friend saw him pull up to a stoplight, according to the FBI. Brown is described as an avid golfer, snowboarder, skier and dirt biker, according to his FBI most wanted flyer.

"Brown enjoys being the center of attention and has been known to frequent nightclubs where he enjoys showing off his high-priced vehicles, boats and other toys," the flyer says. He has ties to California, Arizona and Utah. Brown is considered armed and extremely dangerous.

The FBI is offering a reward of up to $100,000 for information leading directly to his arrest.

A 5-year-old sex tape of an 18-year-old woman allegedly hired by developers to sleep with a city official is causing yet another scandal for China's ruling Communists in the city formerly led by fallen politician Bo Xilai.
The 50-something official, Lei Zhengfu, was fired from his position as district party secretary after the video, an apparent extortion attempt, went viral earlier this month and his jowly, pop-eyed mug became the butt of numerous Internet caricatures. But the scandal may still be growing, as a whistleblowing former journalist says he may release similar tapes of more city officials soon.

The party is already reeling from the scandal that triggered Bo's purge and further battered the party's reputation in the public mind. Chongqing, the city that he ran, has been depicted by prosecutors and state media as rife with cover-ups, abuse of power and corruption. Bo's wife was convicted of murdering a British businessman, and Bo himself faces allegations of corruption and obstruction of justice in the murder case.
News of the sex tape, which was apparently shot in 2007 but only leaked this month, comes as China's newly installed leadership ramps up anti-corruption efforts as it deals with a steady stream of bribery and graft cases that it fears has undermined its authority.

The tape exploded on the Chinese Internet Nov. 20 when screenshots of it were uploaded by a Beijing-based former journalist Zhu Ruifeng to his Hong Kong-registered website, an independent online clearing house for corruption allegations. The lurid images, apparently taken secretly from a bedside table, show Lei having sex with a woman. Zhu told The Associated Press that the woman, whose face is not visible in the screen grabs, was hired by a construction company to sleep with Lei in return for construction contracts. The company later tried to use the tape to extort more business from Lei, he said.

Zhu says he obtained the video from someone inside the Chongqing Public Security Bureau who gave it on condition of anonymity. He said he was also given tapes implicating five other Chongqing officials but is trying to verify their content before releasing them. Zhu said that after the blackmail attempt, Lei reported the case to Chongqing officials sometime around 2009, which led to the construction boss being jailed for a year on unrelated charges and the woman being detained for a month. Xinhua reported Monday that Chongqing's corruption watchdog had pledged a thorough investigation of Lei, who was dismissed Friday, but said it had yet to formally receive a report about the allegations against Lei or the footage.

The China Daily in an editorial Tuesday said the case showed that the "Internet is worth being embraced by the country's corruption busters as a close ally." It also called for greater transparency in handling this and other cases, and listed a few of the lingering questions that the salacious case has thrown up. "Strangely, the mistress was once detained and the contractor jailed for blackmailing Lei," it said. "What had happened? ... These are crucial questions waiting to be answered."

With a younger set of incoming leaders announced this month in Beijing, the government is keen to show that those in power are worthy of their posts and that wrongdoers will be weeded out. In his first remarks to the press after being appointed as the new Communist Party chief, Xi Jinping vowed to tackle corruption.

A citizen journalist who released a sex tape of a Communist Party official says there are more videos featuring at least five other senior figures, as public anger over abuse of power erupts online, local media reports.
The whistleblower Zhu Ruifeng said a police source had revealed the young woman in the video with the official, Lei Zhengfu, was hired by a property developer so Lei could be blackmailed, the South China Morning Post reported.
Screenshots from the sex video first appeared on Sina Corp's Weibo site on Tuesday. Net-savvy Chinese people have found a potent weapon for fighting official corruption and abuse of power in microblogs like Weibo, which had more than 420 million users at the end of the third quarter this year.

Arrest in Death of Ark. Girl in Prior Abuse Case.

A 6-year-old girl who was at the center of a high-profile child abuse case that sent her father and stepmother to prison was killed last week by neighbor, Bentonville police said Monday evening. Jersey Bridgeman was reported missing the morning of Nov. 20. Minutes after a search for her began, Jersey's body was discovered in an abandoned house two doors from her home.

Zachary Holly, 28, who lives next door to where Jersey was staying, is being held in the Benton County Jail on charges of capital murder, kidnapping and residential burglary, police Chief John Simpson said Monday night. Simpson said Holly will have a bail and probable cause hearing Wednesday, during which a probable cause affidavit will be released. "Many questions related to this investigation and arrest will be answered by the affidavit of probable cause, which will be released on Wednesday," said the chief, who did not take questions from reporters.

Simpson said work by the State Crime Lab helped speed the arrest but did not say how Jersey was killed or release other details about her death or what led police to Holly. The chief said the girl's family had been notified about the arrest. A funeral for Jersey funeral is set for 1 p.m. Tuesday at Rogers Funeral Home in Rogers. Jersey's death came about a year after abuse allegations were leveled against her father and stepmother in nearby Rogers.

Court records show David Bridgeman told an investigator he cut a belt to fit around his daughter's ankle and chained her to the dresser because she got into medication and other things around the house. He and Jersey's stepmother, Jana Bridgeman, pleaded guilty in June to false imprisonment, permitting abuse of a minor and endangering the welfare of a minor.

Jana Bridgeman is serving a 12-year prison sentence, plus three years for a probation revocation. David Bridgeman is serving an 18-year prison sentence. Police revealed little about the homicide investigation, but police Capt. Justin Thompson said earlier that there was "no reason ... for the community to be worried at this point."

Thompson said the girl died sometime the morning her body was found — between midnight and 6:53 a.m. He would not reveal who called 911 to report her missing. After Jersey's body was found, investigators searched the home where she lived and the house where her body was found, as well as the homes in between.

Missing Boy's Mother Suspects Ex-Husband in Son's Disappearance.

 (Abc  news)  The search continues for Dylan Redwine, who was reported missing from his father's house north of   Vallecito Lake, Colo.

The mother of 13-year-old boy Dylan Redwine, who disappeared a week ago during a court ordered visit to his father, fears that the dad may have done something to "remove Dylan from the situation." Dylan Redwine was last seen at the home of his father, Mark Redwine, when he vanished seven days ago.

"I was married to Mark for a lot of years, and I know the way he reacts to things," Elaine Redwine told ABC News. "If Dylan maybe did or said something that wasn't what Mark wanted to hear, I'm just afraid of how Mark would have reacted."

Elaine and Mark were divorced and live about five hours away from each other, ABC News affiliate KMGH reports. Dylan was staying at his father's home because of a court order granting his father visitation rights for Thanksgiving.

Elaine Redwine said she believes her ex-husband was upset that she was the court-mandated primary custodian of their son. "I don't think Mark treats him very well," Elaine Redwine said. "I would not put it past Mark to have done something to remove Dylan from the situation. You know, like 'if I can't have him, nobody will.'"

Dylan had been with his dad in Vallecito, Colo., for just one day before he went missing. Mark Redwine told police that his son was in his home when he left to run some errands at 7:30 a.m. When he returned four hours later, the boy was missing.

Elaine Redwine said she was having a difficult time getting in touch with her ex-husband about their son.
"He hasn't had any contact with us. [My older son] tried to get a hold of him by texting him, and he wouldn't respond," she said. "I just find it odd that at a time like this, he would be so evasive." Mark Redwine declined to speak to ABC News.

Police say they are considering a number of possibilities, including abduction and the possibility that Dylan ran away. "Foul play is definitely something we are looking at, but we're hoping it's a runaway case and that Dylan will show up and will be fine," La Plata Sheriff's Office spokesman Dan Bender said. "Because we don't have any clues that point in any particular direction, we have to consider every possibility."

Dylan's mother and older brother both insist Dylan wouldn't run away without contacting them, or if he did run away from his dad's home, he would have gone to them. "When he was afraid in any situation, he knew he could call me and I would drop everything and go out there, first thing," Dylan's brother, Cory Redwine, 21, told ABC News. "He knew that me, my mom, my step-dad, any of us, if he called us and said, 'I need your help,' he knew we'd be there."

Hundreds of people have turned up to help search for Dylan, but so far police say they are no closer to finding him."We had people in the air, on horseback, on ATVs, search dogs, and we got no clues from any of that," Bender said.

Dive teams are searching nearby Vallecito Lake using a high-powered sonar gun, after searches this weekend revealed nothing, according to KMGH. Search teams are also combing the shoreline around the lake. Elaine Redwine told ABC News she thinks somebody must know something, and she hopes they come forward.

"Vallecito is a small community. If anybody has seen anything or knows anything, no matter how big or small it seems, please tell us," Redwine said. "Everything right now is crucial to bringing my little boy home."
Redwine is described as 5 feet tall, 105 pounds, blond hair, blue eyes and fair complexion. He was last seen wearing a black Nike shirt, black basketball nylon shorts, black Jordan tennis shoes and a two-tone blue and white Duke Blue Devils baseball hat.

$1,200 a Life: Clothing Company Pays Peanuts to Families of Factory Fire Dead.

     (Abc news)     Fire Kills Over 100 Factory Workers in Bangladesh

A company that makes clothes for Sean Combs' clothing brand ENYCE and other U.S. labels reassured investors that a factory fire that killed 112 people over the weekend would not harm its balance sheet, and also pledged to pay the families of the dead $1,200 per victim.

In an announcement Monday, Li & Fung Ltd., a middleman company that supplies clothes from Bangladesh factories to U.S. brands, said "it wishes to clarify" that the deadly Saturday night blaze at the high-rise Tazreen Fashions factory outside Dhaka "will not have any material impact on the financial performance" of the firm.

The fire broke out on the ground floor of the nine-floor building as hundreds of workers were upstairs on a late-night shift producing fleece jackets and trousers for the holiday rush at American stores, including Wal-Mart, according to labor rights groups. Fire officials said the only way out was down open staircases that fed right into the flames. Some workers died as they jumped from higher floors.

After reassuring investors about its financial health, Li & Fung's statement went on to express "deepest condolences" to the families of the dead, and pledge the equivalent of $1,200 to each family. The company also said it would set up an educational fund for the victims' children.

As reported on "ABC World News with Diane Sawyer" earlier this year, Bangladesh has become a favorite of many American retailers, drawn by the cheapest labor in the world, as low as 21 cents an hour, producing clothes in crowded conditions that would be illegal in the U.S. In the past five years, more than 700 Bangladeshi garment workers have died in factory fires. 

[It's] the cheapest place, the worst conditions, the most dangerous conditions for workers and yet orders continue to pour in," said Scott Nova, executive director of Worker Rights Consortium, an American group working to improve conditions at factories abroad that make clothes for U.S. companies. Nova said the fire was the most deadly in the history of the Bangladesh apparel industry, and "one of the worst in any country."
Today, U.S. companies extended condolences to the families of the victims, and scrambled to answer questions about the dangerous factory that had been making their clothes.

Wal-Mart inspectors had warned last year that "the factory had violations or conditions which were deemed to be high risk," according to a document posted on-line. Yet Wal-mart clothing continued to be made at the factory, according to workers groups who found clothing with Wal-Mart's private label, Faded Glory, in the burned out remains along with clothing for a number of other U.S. labels, including ENYCE, Dickies and a brand associated with Sears.

Wal-Mart confirmed Monday that its clothes were being made at the Tazreen factory. Even though Wal-Mart is famed for maintaining tight control over its supply chain, the company said its clothes were being made at the plant without its knowledge.
