Bayelsa Government Inaugurates (MSTMD).

 

A committe on Modalities, Administrative Structure and Medium Term Sector, Strategies of the Ministry of Science and Technology and Manpower Development 

(MSTMD) has been inaugurated by Governor Seriake Dickson, he was represented by his deputy Rear Admiral Gboribiogha John Jonah (Rtd). The eighteen member committee has Dame Mrs. Didi Walson Jack, Commissioner for Science and Technology and Manpower Development as Chairman and the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Science and Technology and Manpower Development as Secretary.
