According to In Touch, the very troubled actress was all set for a Mystic spray tan when she suddenly decided to head to the lobby sans clothes, or even a towel to cover herself!
“She didn’t seem to care that everyone saw her naked,” one eyewitness tells the magazine. “She seemed totally out of it. She took her time walking back to the Mystic room, dragging her fingers along the wall and smiling at customers who passed her. There was definitely something wrong with her.”
Bynes, 26, has been pretty low-key lately. Despite a report in late September about her locking herself in a bakery restroom for 30 minutes to “fix her makeup,” the former child star has been on her best behavior in Manhattan, where she fled to after a string of fender benders in Los Angeles.
Still, a slew of troubles are waiting for her on the West Coast: Bynes has upcoming court dates for a DUI, two counts of hit-and-run, and two counts of driving on a suspended license. She has plead not guilty to all offenses
