ABIA GUBER: REMAIN HOPEFUL, OGAH TELLS SUPPORTERS AS HE HEADS TO S'COURT

Dr Uche Sampson Ogah who lost last week at the Appeal Court in his contest with Dr Okezie Victor Ikpeazu for the governorship of Abia State has called on his supporters not to be discour­aged by the decision of the Ap­peal Court which dismissed the earlier court judgement which had made him the gov­ernor, as he heads for Supreme Court.Dr Ogah’s legal team, stated that they are not satis­fied with the judgement deliv­ered by the Appeal court and had decided to take the mat­ter to the Supreme Court.We have the belief and hope that we will get justice at the Supreme Court which has always encouraged the preva­lence of substantial justice over technicalities,” the state­ment emphasized.
