ONE YEAR AFTER,NIGERIANS STILL WAITING FOR CHANGE PROMISED-SOLUDO

Apparently re­acting to the condemnations trailing the per­formances of the rul­ing All Progressives Congress (APC) led government in the last one year, former Governor of the Cen­tral Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Prof Chuk­wuma Soludo, has challenged the party to deliver the change it promised.

According to Solu­do, until the party does that, it should forget about 2019.He was speaking at the 4th lecture series of Progressives Gov­ernors Forum held in Kaduna where he was the Guest Lecturer.According to Soludo, the government has not done enough in the provision of dividends of democ­racy. He said the level of poverty and unem­ployment is still high in the country.He said, “I think the APC today, Nigerians have historically giv­en you a mandate of change. Now, deliver the change that you promised.”
