Zimbabwe's President, Robert Mugabe has once again been pictured sleeping at the 6th Tokyo Internal Conference on African Development, held in Nairobi Kenya.While his counterparts listened on, the ailing 92 yr-old dozed off, making it the eleventh time he has been caught doozing off at crucial meetings,reports zimeye.
